Meet Lauren Long, the Founder & CEO of The Nail Academy! Lauren founded The Nail Academy in January 2020. She created the academy with the intention to teach the artistry and business of the nail industry. After opening two nail salons, taking various industry courses, teaching all of her employees & hundreds of students; Lauren has proven herself as a leader in education within the industry.

Lauren Long is the visionary Founder, CEO, and Master Educator behind LaLa’s Salon & Spa, established in 2018, and The Nail Academy, launched in January 2020. With over 20 years of experience, Lauren is passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge and helping others succeed in the beauty industry. She created The Nail Academy to empower aspiring nail professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive.

Her journey includes opening two successful nail salons, completing advanced industry courses nationwide, and teaching hundreds of students. As the Lead Nail Stylist for New York and Paris Fashion Weeks, Lauren has solidified her reputation as a leader and educator in the nail industry. Lauren genuinely enjoys watching her staff and students grow and glow within the industry, making her a true mentor in every sense!
